Prime Minister Narendra Modi is again in news and making ripples on social media. This time around, because his tweet has been touted as the ‘Golden Tweet of 2019’ by twitter itself.
Modi’s tweet on May 23 celebrating the Bharatiya Janata Party’s re-election victory in 2019 was the most retweeted and liked tweet of the year, making it the “Golden Tweet” in India.
The tweet was retweeted over a million times and is the most Liked Tweet this year.

This is not for the first time that PM Modi has bagged the title. In 2014 too, Modi bagged the golden tweet for his post thanking people for landslide victory in 2014 general elections.The 2104 victory tweet was retweeted more than 70,000 times, while it had more than 45,000 likes.
