West Bengal is gearing up for an electrifying electoral battle in coming days, which will witness elections in India in four states and an UT.
On Friday, TMC supremo & CM Mamata Banerjee at a rally in Garbheta, which was once a hotbed of Maosim, campaigned heavily for TMC as the days of West Bengal election 2021 are coming closer. CM Banerjee asserted that her party has brought peace in not only Garbheta but also the entire Jangalmahal.

Taking the fight against BJP to the next level, CM Banerjee stated that after winning the Bengal election, TMC would jump to Delhi and shake up BJP leadership. She also accused BJP of stealing her call for paribartan.

At another rally at Amlasuli in Garhbeta, Ms Banerjee claimed that BJP leaders “arrive here in helicopters and planes from outside with bagful of cash to lure voters and loot votes” just ahead of elections.
Today, PM Modi is scheduled to address a rally at Kharagpur in his second-visit to the poll-bound state.
Schedule for the upcoming elections in India (four states and a UT) was announced on February, 26, 2021. In West Bengal, the election will be held in 8 phases from March 27, 2021 to April, 29, 2021, and the vote counting will take place on May, 02, 2021.
